decisions
Standardized on React/Next.js with a design-system-first approach so high-traffic journeys (airtime, data, bills, account) stayed consistent. Mixed Redux Toolkit and Zustand where each fit — shared app state vs localized UI — and kept production support in the same ownership loop as delivery.
